Terms and Conditions
- Please reach to us using our Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- If your item was damaged in shipping or if yor recieved the wrong item please Contact Us right away so we can schedule an Exchange.
- You will have up too 30 days to return your product.
- Return shipping cost will be the customers responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost packages. We recomend you use tracking with your order .
- Products must be returned new. Meaning not opened and never been used.
- Please be sure to protect items when sending out returns. Use extra protection around caps and sprayers.
- Be sure to return items in their original manufacturer’s packaging, along with some protective packaging.
- If you refuse a package without Contacting Us first, we may have to charge shipping fees. Please let us know if you want to cancel beforehand.
- Please allow two weeks for your credit return to process

Orders are shipped using Federal Express Two Day Delivery.
In stock items will ship out the following weekday if purchased after 12PM Noon EST. We estimate your order to arrive in 2 to 5 buisness days, conservatively.
